Gyouza Ayam

Bahan:

  • 500gram ayam cincang
  • 4siung bawang putih, memarkan, cincang
  • 100gram tepung kanji
  • 2 sdm tepung terigu
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
  • 1 sdm minyak wijen
  • 1 sdt saos tiram
  • 1 butir telur
  • 35 lembar kulit pangsit
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
  • 100ml minyak sayur

Tips: kalau pakai daging sapi, sebelum diisikan ke dalam kulit pangsit, tumis dulu hingga matang, lebih enak tambahkan 1 sdm bumbu kari.

Cara membuatnya :

  1. Campur semua bahan, aduk rata, isikan ke dalam kulit pangsit, sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan minyak sayur kira2 4 sdm, susun gyoza kira2 8 buah. 
  3. Siram dengan sedikit air, tutup wajan, perciki lagi dengan sedikit air sampai 3 kali, hingga matang.
  4. Angkat dari wajan, sajikan dengan cara terbalik, bagian yg kering di atas.
  5. Sajikan dengan saos sambal.
