Sayur Asem ala Chiba


BAHAN;
1. Terung ungu 3 buah (iris kotak)
2. Jagung utuh yg masih ada tongkolnya (dipotong2)
3. Buncis 50 gram
4. Kol

BUMBU:
1. Garam
2. Gula merah (kalo tidak ada,gula putih pun ok)
3. Lengkuas 2 cm (digeprek)
4. Daun salam 2 lembar
5. Bumbu Nasi goreng Indofood 1/2 bungkus
6. Bawang putih 2 butir
7. Asam jawa 1 cm (secukupnya tergantung selera)
8. cabe merah (kalo suka pedas)
9. Kemiri 2 butir (kalo suka)-- tdk pake pun gpp.

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Siapkan kira2 1 1/2 liter air mendidih.
2. Masukkan potongan jagung
3. Masukkan semua bumbu (bw putih dicincang), masak/didihkan 10 menit spy bumbu meresap ke jagung. Kalo airnya berkurang tambahin aja.
4. Masukkan irisan buncis dan kol sampai setengah matang
5. terakhir masukkan irisan terung ungu (hrs terakhir dan dimasak sebentar saja karena terung jepang mudah layu)
6. Setelah matang, Icip2 dulu..baru angkat.
